GearsAdviser App and Extension Review

GearsAdviser is an up and coming website that publishes quality reviews and opinions on various kinds of tools. Recently this website has launched an app that can be found in google play store. And for pc users, there is an attractive extension available in chrome.

The app in short

This app is actually quite simple in nature (downloading size is just 2.2 MB). It requires an Android version of 4.1 and up to be installed. You will need to have an internet connection to run this app.

When you open the app on your phone, it will take you directly to the mobile version of the GearsAdviser website, just like regular apps. The texture of the app is pretty nice. With red borders and white background, you will find it easy to run the app.

From the menu option, you can access all the reviews and articles this website offers. The reviews and articles are nicely categorized so that you can jump to any page whenever you wish.

After opening the app, the main page will show you the latest posts. As you scroll down, you will find different categories containing numerous articles. Under the heading of each category, there is a preview of the latest articles of that category. And under that, there is a link titled “more posts from this category”. It will take you directly to that particular category.

You can directly follow GearsAdviser on social media from this app. As I have said earlier, this app is basically a pretty amazing version of the website.

This is a relatively new app. The current version is 1.0. But there is good news. Within 2-3 weeks, there will be an updated version of the app available in the play store. The new version will contain lots of interesting features.

The extension of GearsAdviser is a pretty amazing thing. If you are in your PC most of the time and do not want to miss out on the latest reviews and blogs, you should install the chrome extension. You can install the extension directly from the chrome web store, or while visiting the website, you will be offered to install the extension. After installing, you will see a light bulb on the top right corner of the browser. That is the logo of the GearsAdviser website. Click on the logo – you will be taken directly to the website! Yes, it is that simple.

Opinion

The app and the extension – both are new in the market. But the way they have launched them is quite beautiful. Both of them are quite user-friendly – especially the app. It is small in size and you will not find any difficulty running the app or will not face any glitch. After hearing about the new app, I immediately installed it and I must say that I was not disappointed. If I had to rate this app, I would give 4 stars out of 5.
